In today’s impersonable, high-priced medical world, it’s nice to know you can still receive expert care at a cost that won’t break your budget. We keep prices competitive and offer convenient payment options. We accept most insurance and will even file all the paperwork for you. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
It is the policy of Rancho Family Practice Associates that payment is due at the time services are rendered including HMOs, PPOs, Medicare and Medicaid co-payments and/or deductibles. Other exceptions to this policy must be arranged in advance with the Patient Accounts Coordinator. Account balances over ninety (90) days on which no payment has been made, may be subject to collection activity.
Insurance
Rancho Family Practice Associates is dedicated to helping you process your insurance claims quickly and efficiently. As a patient however, you can help us immensely by making sure that you have the following items with you when you come for your first visit:
- Complete Insurance Verification or Member I.D. Card
- Insurance Carrier contact information
- Group Number
- Co-payment schedule with check or cash for payment
As you might imagine, plans and coverage information continually changes with each insurance carrier. The more information that you have about your plan, the easier it will be for us to verify and process your claim. Anything that we can do to make this process easier for you, please let us know.
